We believe in keeping the process simple, flexible and convenient.
Minimum Order
Commercial orders require a minimum purchase of 10 bottles. This allows you to introduce a consistent fragrance experience throughout your business while enjoying commercial pricing.
Ordering & Payment
Once your order has been confirmed, a pro forma invoice will be issued. Full payment must be received before your order is released for collection.
Collection & Delivery
To provide you with maximum flexibility, collection and delivery are arranged by you. You are welcome to:
- collect your order personally;
- appoint your own staff member to collect; or
- use your preferred courier or transport company.
This allows you to choose the delivery method that best suits your business and location. Our team will gladly assist in coordinating the collection process and provide any information your courier may require.
Risk During Transport
As collection and transport are arranged by you, the risk in the products transfers to you immediately once your order has been collected from our premises or handed to your nominated courier or transport provider.

Your guests’ safety and your confidence in our products are important to us.
Order Confirmation
Before your order is processed, you will be asked to confirm that you have:
- reviewed the product information available on our website;
- read and understood the applicable warnings and disclaimers;
- accepted our Commercial Buyer Terms and Conditions; and
- agree to the collection, payment and transfer of risk provisions applicable to your purchase.
This acknowledgement forms part of your official order confirmation.
