Every international market is unique, which is why we work closely with our import and export partners to develop a relationship that benefits everyone.

The information below provides a general overview of our trading terms. A comprehensive Importer and Exporter Agreement will be negotiated and concluded once both parties have agreed to proceed.

Minimum Order

International import and export orders require a minimum purchase of 100 units.

This enables our partners to establish a meaningful presence in their market while benefiting from wholesale pricing.

Ordering & Payment

All orders are supplied on a payment-before-release basis.

A pro forma invoice will be issued, and full payment must be received before any products are released for collection or shipment.

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the products transfers to the purchaser.

To provide maximum flexibility, importers and exporters are responsible for arranging the collection and transportation of their orders using their preferred courier, freight forwarder or logistics provider.

You are free to choose the shipping solution that best suits your business and destination country.

Our team will gladly assist by preparing your order for collection and providing any reasonable information required by your appointed logistics provider to facilitate a smooth collection process.

Transfer of Risk

Once the products have been collected from our premises or handed over to your nominated courier, freight forwarder or transport company, all risk of loss, damage or delay transfers to you as the purchaser.

Import regulations differ from country to country.

The importer is responsible for arranging and complying with all import requirements applicable in the destination country, including where applicable:

• Customs clearance
• Import permits
• Duties and taxes
• Product registrations
• Certifications
• Regulatory approvals
• Any other legal requirements necessary to import and sell the products

While Vivere Bene will gladly provide reasonable assistance and product information where available, compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country remains the responsibility of the importer.
